RISK DISCLAIMER: Trading on Kalshi and other prediction markets involves substantial risk of loss. JJKing Sniper is a tool that assists with trade execution — it does not guarantee profits. You could lose some or all of your invested capital. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using JJKing Sniper ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on the number of machines specified by your plan (Starter: 1, Pro: 2, Elite: 5). You may not:

Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your license key
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Software
Use the Software to provide a competing service
Share access credentials with third parties

3. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel anytime through your account portal — access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. Free trial licenses expire after 24 hours and are limited to one per person.

4. No Financial Advice

JJKing Sniper is a software tool, not a financial advisor. Nothing in the Software or on our website constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes. We do not make any representations about potential profits or the suitability of trading for your financial situation.

5. No Guarantees

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

Profitable trades or any specific return on investment
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Compatibility with future Kalshi API changes
That the Software will meet your specific requirements

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JJKing Sniper and its creators shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, data loss, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the 3 months preceding any claim.

7. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for securing your Kalshi API keys and license key
You must comply with Kalshi's terms of service and all applicable laws
You are responsible for any taxes on your trading profits
You must be of legal age to trade in your jurisdiction

8. Account Termination

We may revoke your license if you violate these terms, engage in abuse of the Software, or attempt to circumvent licensing restrictions. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
