- Payment information — processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details
- Hardware identifier (HWID) — a hashed fingerprint of your machine, used only for license binding
- IP address — logged during license validation for security
- License validation timestamps — when and how often the Software checks in
2. What We Do NOT Collect
- Your Kalshi API keys or credentials (these stay on your machine)
- Your trading data, positions, or account balance
- Screen contents or keystrokes
- Personal files or browsing history
3. How We Use Your Information
- Email: to deliver your license key, send product updates, and respond to support requests
- HWID: to enforce per-machine license limits and prevent unauthorized sharing
- IP address: for security monitoring and fraud prevention
- Validation logs: to troubleshoot issues and detect abuse

5. Data Retention
We retain your email and license data for as long as your account is active, plus 90 days after cancellation for support purposes. Validation logs are retained for 30 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support.

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed hardware identifiers, and secure payment processing through Stripe. However, no system is 100% secure.
